Tranquility Float Centre is passionate about all things floating! Relax, unwind, and let go with us. We offer 60 & 90 minutes of pure relaxation in some of the most advanced float pods on the market! Our Dreampods have a large interior and the unique design allows for improved ventilation while you float. They are equipped with chakra inspired lights and underwater music as well. Float Therapy
Floating is a way to relax your mind and body in the complete comfort and safety of the isolation tank. The tanks are filled with 1100lbs of epsom salt and the water is heated to skin temperature so the body feels as if it is floating in space. Floating can help reduce stress, pain, anxiety and depression and can improve injury recovery, athletic performance, meditation, sleep and so much more!

Sit back and relax in the warm cozy environment of the infrared sauna! Infrared saunas use light to heat the body as opposed to traditional saunas which heat the air around you.
